If your practice daily base, then you a good speak English in a little days, because practice makes a perfect man.

Step 2:- Think in English every day.
This is a great way to improve your spoken English, and you can do it anywhere, anytime. At home, you can talk to yourself while doing everyday tasks like preparing a meal. If you are on the train or bus, then describe the people around you (in your head, not aloud!), and when you go to sleep, go over the day's events in English.

Step 3:- Read up on your basic grammar structures, recognize where you are going wrong:
A lot of the time it is basic things; for example mixing up "your" and "you're", the former refers to someone's possession for example. "Your dog is in my garden". Whereas the latter refers to the person them self, for example. "You're in my garden" (the ' refers to a missing letter).

Step 4:- Learn some more words:
It's excellent to have a wide vocabulary. When writing or speaking, instead of using small describing words such as; "The building over there is BIG"; use more eloquent words such as: "The building over there is gigantic.” on the other hand, you can make the sentence more complex: "The building over there is said to be one of the largest in Europe countries ."

Step 5:- Don't use the word "like" in the wrong context:

"The other day I got on this, like, bus and went to, like, Southampton to meet my, like, boyfriend" - This is NOT the correct use of the word "like"

"I like biscuits and I also like American cookies" - This IS the correct use of the word like.
